Jennifer Bryant-Pearson is Chief Executive of JBP, a public and corporate affairs consultancy she founded in 1984, representing national and international organisations. She worked for three years in the US heading the global communications for a US company in 59 countries worldwide.

Jennifer is a Freeman of the City of London, a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers and a trustee of Bristol Cathedral.

John CresswellJohn Creswell

John is a career banker of over 33 years having originally joined NatWest as a clerk in 1982! Having undertaken a variety of banking roles he determined a number of years ago that restructuring was where his interest was. Having led multi banked and Plc restructurings over a number of years John is presently Regional Director for RBS Restructuring in London. A qualified rugby union coach and referee which have come in useful over the years in restructuring!

 

Maurice GlassmanLord Glasman

Lord Glasman is rapidly becoming the go-to social commentator for his views on the City, Wonga, The Coop Bank, immigration and his vision for Blue Labour, a new approach to political consensus. Maurice is controversial and dynamic in his approach to eradicating the mistakes of the past by joining political voices from both sides for the Common Good. He has very clear views on where the financial sector went wrong and how we should reconfigure the market place to work for the communities that they serve.

Allan GrhamAllan Graham

Allan Graham is a Partner at KPMG LLP. Allan joined KPMG in 1989 and became a partner in 1997. He specialises in turnaround assignments and insolvency solutions for under-performing companies.
He has been involved in corporate recovery since 1991 and has experience in the mid-market across a broad range of sectors including extensive experience in construction. He has worked for a wide range of factors, discounters and Asset Based Lenders and since 2008 has headed KPMG Restructuring’s ABL team”.

Richard HudsonRichard Hudson

Richard is an RTS Partner, based in London. He brings over 17 years of experience in board, operational, restructuring and advisory roles.  He has held board and operational roles (MD, CFO and CRO) principally in the  Oil and Gas, TMT, transportation, multi-site retail sectors across Europe in both restructuring and steady-state scenarios.  He has successfully completed restructuring processes in a number of regulated and unionised industries across many European jurisdictions and has also advised numerous government and public bodies.

 

Rita LoweRita Lowe

Rita Lowe is the Head of the Banking & Finance team at CMS.

Rita has worked in insolvency and restructuring for over 20 years and has a wide and varied practice which includes advising stakeholders (such as banks and pension trustees) on general issues with respect to distressed corporates, advising the corporates, administrators/liquidators and also purchasers of distressed businesses as well as investors in distressed businesses.  More recently the experience has been on non-performing loan portfolios and restructurings in the Hotels and Oil & Gas/Energy sector.

Rita has been described in the Legal 500 as "tenacious" and by Chambers and Partners as "sharp and proficient". Rita Lowe impresses clients with her strong technical skills and ability to find solutions.  "She’s practical and hard-working and will really fight her client’s corner," say peers.

Rita has a keen interest in the development of restructuring law and is a past president of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association, (and remains on the Council of the ILA), is a member of R3 as well as being on the editorial board of a number of journals.

Adam PlainerAdam Plainer

Adam has significant experience representing leading accounting firms and restructuring practices on workouts and restructurings, as well as UK clearing banks, US investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and boards of directors in major corporate restructurings.

Adam's work has been recognised in leading industry directories, including Chambers UK, IFLR 1000, Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Insolvency and Restructuring Lawyers, and Legal Experts.
